Working with the LBJ Infrastructure Group on the I-635 Managed HOV Lane Project (Spanning approximately 17 miles of Interstate highway
to add managed toll lanes along with rebuilding existing general purpose and approach lanes to relieve congestion- (Construction costs currently standing at $2.7 Billion).
•
Promoted from Construction
Coordinator to Project manager within a 10 month timeframe.

Responsible for managing a team consisting of a Project Engineer, Structures Superintendent, Structures
Foreman, and laborers.

Main role is to oversee work and contracts for subcontractors within our segment’s structures work.

Coordination with the Quality Assurance team for all quality control for structural work activity being done
within this segment.

Responsible for approving and requesting material orders for all bridge works.

Review Structure Team’s daily work reports and coordinate construction control efforts as needed.
